Beckham's Love Bird Poop Facials

Victoria and David Beckham profess the power of bird poop beauty!

October 7, 2008 - U.K. sources, including the Daily Mail and Closer Magazine are reporting that international soccer star David Beckham and his wife Victoria Beckham (a.k.a. Posh Spice) are huge fans of bird poop facials!

The Daily Mail reports that Victoria Beckham has been "regularly indulging in Geisha Facials" to improve her skin.  A friend of Posh's told the Mail that "when Victoria was in Japan recently she was admiring the local women’s clear skin and discovered it was down to these [bird poop] facials. She was intrigued and when she got back to the US she found that some New York beauty salons now offer the treatment. She tried it and loved how great her skin looked"

It is no secret that bird poop facials, such as Shizuka's Geisha Facial, are becoming increasingly popular among celebrities.  Shizuka recently presented the Geisha Facial on E!'s countdown to the 2008 Primetime Emmy Awards live from the red carpet.  In addition to the Beckham's, Victoria's Secret supermodel Karolina Kurkova is also a fan of Shizuka's Geisha Facial that uses powdered, sterilized nightingale droppings from Japan to cleanse and brighten the complexion.
