Directions for Sunscreen and Sunblock use:
- Shizuka recommends wearing sunscreen or sunblock with a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least SPF 30 daily to prevent premature aging and sun damage.
- Apply sunscreen or sunblock liberally 30 minutes before sun exposure and as often as needed.
- Reapply after towel drying, swimming, perspiring or every 2 hours.
- For children under 6 months of age, consult your physician before using these sunscreen and sunblock products.
