Eyelash Tinting is perfect for men and women with blond, reddish, or light brown hair who want more clearly defined eyelashes. Eyelash Tinting can dramatically enhance the look of the eye area and is great for those who don't have time for eye makeup.
Similar to an eyelash perm and eyelash extensions, results last up to 4-6 weeks, or the natural growth cycle of the lashes.
Can I combine eyelash tinting with an eyelash perm?
We do not recommend combining Shizuka New York eyelash tinting and an eyelash perm within the same treatment as it can risk compromising the strength of the eyelashes and lead to breakage. However, we are happy to tint already-permed lashes two weeks following the perm.
Can I combine eyelash tinting with eyelash extensions?
There is no real need to tint eyelashes before adding eyelash extensions because the extensions will be darker than the natural hair color and create the same effect.
Can you lighten the color of my eyelashes and eyebrows?
No. We do not lighten or bleach eyelashes or eyebrows at Shizuka New York Day Spa.
Do I need to remove my makeup before my Shizuka New York eyelash tinting treatment?
Yes. It is important to remove all eye makeup before your Shizuka New York eyelash tinting treatment to allow the dye to adhere to the eyelashes. We have complimentary makeup remover available in our makeup lounge.
