Directions:
For a natural effect: do a single application of the Eyelash Strengthening Mascara, working from the root to the tip of the eyelashes.
For a more dramatic look: work the lashes up slowly with the brush, moving upwards and outwards from the eye. To accentuate this effect, apply several coats, moving from one eye to the other so that the mascara dries between each application.
