Salicylic Acid: a Beta Hydroxy Acid (BHA) which has keratolytic, anti-acne and fungicidal properties; particularly useful for patients with oily skin and open comedones.
Glycolic Acid: this acid reacts with the upper layers of the epidermis, weakening the bonds that hold dead cells together. This allows for exfoliation of the outer skin cells revealing underlying smoother looking skin. Helps to improve skin texture and diminish the appearance of wrinkles and hyperpigmentation.
Aloe Vera: helps to cool and soothe the skin.
Hyaluronic Acid: aides in the skin's ability to retain moisture, plumps the skin and reduces flakiness.
Directions:
Apply a thin layer of Naturopathica's Glycolic Purifying Peel to clean, dry skin. Leave on for up to 4 minutes. Rinse well. Repeat 2-3 times per week.
