Appointments
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure that you receive full service. We recommend reserving a future appointment upon completion of the current one so we can better accommodate your wishes. |

Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum 24 hours advance notice for all cancellations. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know and we will be happy to reschedule. SHIZUKA new york provides a complimentary Confirmation Call 2 days in advance, when possible. Same-Day cancellations are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s). Failure to show up without a cancellation call may result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s). |

Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the service prices, but is always appreciated. Standard gratuity in New York is 15 - 20% of the original price of the service(s). Cash is preferred, although we are happy to add gratuity to a charge with advance notice. |
