Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage dates back to the mid 1800s when it was known as the "Movement Cure." It is used to stimulate the circulation of blood and lymph which can aid in the release of toxins and a healthier overall feeling.  Using lightly scented oil, the pressure of the massage can be adjusted from a gentle, relaxing touch to a more stimulating muscle-warming one.  This full-body NYC massage at our day spa may also include light stretching to help loosen specific muscles.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage uses slow and specific massage techniques to loosen adhesions and scar tissue and promote the recovery of over-used muscles while increasing circulation.  This NYC massage is perfect for sports enthusiasts and those with chronic pain.

Hot Stone Massage

NYC BODY TREATMENTS

This therapeutic treatment simultaneously sloughs away dead skin cells while drawing impurities and cellulite-inducing water from the skin and invigorating the senses with the aroma of ground Arabica coffee. This NYC body treatment includes reflexology and a scalp massage and is excellent when combined with a 50-minute Swedish massage.

Let us provide special attention to a body area that is so often neglected! The Back Treatment at our NYC spa offers deep cleaning of enlarged pores and the treatment of acne breakouts on the back. Exfoliation removes dead skin cells and a back massage reduces muscle tension. Relax and have clear skin at the same time!

An excess of dead skin cells can give the entire body surface a dull, rough, and uneven texture. Infrared Sauna

Infrared Saunas use far infrared radiation to safely penetrate deep into the skin, helping to remove toxins and stimulate tissue.  Although the air temperature does not get as warm as in conventional saunas, the infrared radiation is able to heat the skin in a way that is safe and beneficial.
